You'll have franchise experience, be someone who always puts the customer first and is comfortable in a fast-paced role.
The successful candidate will offer the following attributes:

Experience in a similar role
A keen eye for detail
Responsible, reliable, and hard working
A commitment to fine workmanship
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Experience with Units will also be an advantage, although is not essential.
