- Due to parental leave cover we are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for a 12-month fixed term basis, part time, 3 days a week.

Mō te Tūranga | About the role
As the Senior Manager - Corporate Compliance you will:
- Build and maintain key relationships across the bank at ASB and CBA groups to facilitate information sharing and best practice.
- Provide guidance to Line 2 Policy Managers / Leads through ASB's Policy Lifecycle and Framework.
- Provide accurate, timely and insightful reporting on regulatory and compliance issues and incidents whilst also provide subject matter expert (SME) support for policy documents, guidance, tools, process, controls and training related to Learning and Compliance Frameworks.
- Run visibility and scheduled reviews of the process for Line 2 owned Policy Documents and the Policy Index to maintain governance standards. By doing this your will ensure ASB's Policy is fit for purpose and results in positive outcomes for ASB customers and staff.

You will have proven experience and knowledge working in operational and compliance risk management within a financial services organisation. Your attention to detail and attitude to get things right 'the first time' coupled with a passion to improve and maintain good relationships, will be instrumental to your success in this role.
The role also requires:
- Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to build and leverage relationships
- Confidence to work autonomously- leading own delivery on significant pieces
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate precise purpose on communications
- Strong organisational and time management skills to execute multiple deliverables at once.
