TELEPHONE ACCOUNT MANAGER - PARTNER CHANNEL

This role focuses on building strong relationships with 2talk partners, understanding their needs, and driving growth through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic outbound management. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring partner retention, and drafting and negotiating service offerings. A proven B2B sales track record, strong communication skills, and experience in the Telco or IT sector are highly valued.

Manage and retain a portfolio of partner accounts through outbound engagement, upselling, and cross-selling solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts while identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
Lead conversations to understand partners' business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless partner experiences and supporting product development through feedback analysis.
Provide regular updates on sales activity, competitor trends, and partner queries, representing the team at events and roadshows.
