Ray White Metro, Canterbury's number one Ray White Franchise, have a committed and successful sales team who are ensuring the ongoing success of the company by offering our clients outstanding quality and service.

We are looking for a pro-active and efficient person to support our high performing sales team, who is comfortable with outbound calling.

We're looking for a Customer Service Star to work in our Wigram office in a shift from 9:00am - 2:30pm, Mon - Fri (27.5 hours per week - permanent part time).

To be successful in this role you will need to understand the importance of Customer Care, have the ability to relate to people and the confidence to handle rejection.

We need someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in Real Estate
  • Has experience working in a call centre, preferred but not essential
  • Has a professional & friendly phone manner
  • Is self-motivated, happy to work autonomously & are serious about performing
  • Is punctual & reliable in regards to the agreed roster
  • Has an excellent work ethic & a positive attitude
  • Has accurate data entry skills & attention to detail
  • Is forward thinking & are happy to use your initiative
  • Has a great sense of humour
