As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding the company’s client base and unlocking new opportunities. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term partnerships, leveraging your industry knowledge and relationships to secure high-value contracts. This is a highly autonomous role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a clear growth strategy targeting new and existing business opportunities across key channels in property development, architecture and construction.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Act as the industry expert, bringing market insights and identifying trends to inform business decisions.
Regularly monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within sustainable energy, construction, or trade.
A proven track record of delivering strong sales results and building meaningful relationships.
Strong networking, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, working to tight deadlines.
Self-starter with a passion for driving business success and contributing to a company’s growth.
