About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions with a strong focus on integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your technical expertise to support delivery and ensure adherence to best practices.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions.
Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise.
Ensure adherence to software architecture and best practices.
Work with Azure services and frameworks like Node.js.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline.
Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
Deep understanding of software architecture and best practices.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Blob Storage.
Proficiency in frameworks like Node.js.
Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Experience with AWS services such as Cognito, Lambda, S3 Buckets, CloudFront, Route 53, GraphQL, EC2 Instances, and AppSync.
Experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with strong proficiency in writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
Essential knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including proficiency with tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
