Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Overnight Operations Support who is both people-minded and safety focused with the drive, motivation, and capability to autonomously work in an environment looking after people.

This role is responsible for providing welfare and support to our teams in a national capacity, alongside communicating with clients after usual business hours. There is a requirement to support our regional operations teams with admin and operational support.

This is a permanent full-time overnight position and shifts will be between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

About the Role

  • Providing support and assurance to employees throughout their shift
  • Reporting and communicating information throughout the shift
  • Ensuring employees are on site when required
  • Working with our National teams to ensure process excellence is always front of mind
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with frontline employees, customers and clients to enable the delivery of all services
  • Have passion and drive to support the training of a nationwide team!


About you

  • At least 1 year administration experience. No security experience needed, but preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills & attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiar using Microsoft Office Software – at a minimum Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Confident to learn new computer software as needed.
  • Must be reliable, confident & honest at all times
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent innovative problem-solving and critical thinking skills and be able to act independently – this role will see you working alone most of the time.
  • Flexibility; able to work on a rotating roster including at least 1 weekend night.
