Job Description

Complete maintenance onsite - could include fixing windows and doors, locks, handles, plumbing. Hanging pictures and shelves. Understand what each job requires to be completed. Be able to organise sub-contractors to complete task if need be. Access and load jobs into website portal.

Duties:

  • Undertake facility maintenance
  • Organise contractors and sub-contractors to complete more complicated work
  • Communicate with contractors with very descriptive and thorough instructions
  • Access and load jobs into website portal
  • Ensure you have the appropriate tools and products needed to complete jobs


Skills and Experience:

  • Would suit retired 'tradie' or school caretaker
  • You need to have knowledge of tools and products
  • Need to be able to think 'outside of the square'
  • Have attention to detail
  • Handyperson experience
