Are you a data-driven individual with a passion for analysis and strategy? Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand is looking for a Assistant Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Management team at our Support Office in Auckland.

This position is perfect for someone who is ready to take their next step and stamp their mark on the NZ hospitality industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Revenue Optimisation: Assist in developing pricing strategies and room rate decisions to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Consolidate and interpret data to identify opportunities and challenges, offering actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee room allocations across distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and effective use of promotional offers.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure that the data we collect meets high-quality standards and provide recommendations for improvements and training when necessary. Act as the liaison between the Revenue & Distribution team and Operation
  • Deliver Accurate Reporting: Provide precise and timely reports to support data-driven decisions.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in data analysis or a role involving analytical decision-making.
  • Familiarity with channel management, market mix strategies, or a background in hospitality operations (e.g., Front Office or Reservations).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
