We are on the hunt for a Property and Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance, upkeep, and improvements of our 2x of our clients sites. Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance & Upkeep: Ensure regular maintenance and repairs are completed on time and within budget. Manage preventive maintenance schedules and keep properties in optimal condition.
Remedial Works: Identify issues and carry out necessary repairs or improvements to address any faults or damage.
Project Management: Oversee and execute property improvement projects, including refurbishments, upgrades, and necessary changes.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality work and cost-effective solutions.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage maintenance and repair budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenditures are documented.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with contractors.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle unexpected maintenance issues efficiently.
