This is your chance to oversee all aspects of a portfolio of rental properties across the greater Auckland area, ensuring top-notch management of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Strong Partnerships with Property Owners: Serve as the trusted advisor for property owners, ensuring they receive expert guidance and proactive communication to enhance the value of their investments.
Champion Tenant and Tenancy Management: Ensure smooth and efficient management of tenants and tenancies, resolving any issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of service for all.
Orchestrate Maintenance Operations: Coordinate property repairs and upgrades, working with top-tier contractors to keep properties in prime condition and keeping both owners and tenants satisfied.
Drive the Listing and Letting Process: Oversee the full property letting cycle—from listing to signing leases—with a strategic approach to ensure optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
What You’ll Need:
Proven Property Management Experience: We’re looking for someone who’s already been through the trenches and knows how to manage a portfolio efficiently.
Full Driver’s License
Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
A Positive, Can-Do Attitude
Strong Focus on Customer Care
Exceptional Time Management and Organizational Skills
