Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our Performance team and manage e-commerce activity across the US market for a global premium pet food client. This hands-on role is focused on optimising Amazon Sponsored Ads and Chewy.com (a US-based online retailer focused solely on pet products).

This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, either with previous experience managing Amazon platforms in AU/US/UK or for an online New Zealand brand trading internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads using Amazon and third-party tools, plus campaigns in Chewy Ads
  • Monitor product performance, SKUs, and data feeds, ensuring listings are accurate, complete and align with best practice
  • Conduct keyword research, optimise bids, and implement A/B tests to improve visibility and drive sales
  • Analyse Amazon Brand Analytics and competitor data to inform strategy and campaign adjustments
  • Track and manage performance, budgets and pacing
  • Work closely with internal teams to generate and present performance reports, translating complex data into clear insights
  • Utilise Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to drive deeper audience insights, create custom segments, and enhance cross-channel attribution analysis
  • Develop and implement audience-based strategies using AMC insights to improve targeting efficiency and new customer acquisition

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in e-commerce or online retail
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (AU, US, or UK markets preferred)
  • Solid understanding of product data feeds, SKU structures, and feed optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-led decisions
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or similar data analytics platforms for audience insights and attribution analysis
  • Familiarity with Amazon's DSP platform and how it integrates with Sponsored Ads strategies
  • Understanding of first-party data strategies and how to leverage them in marketplace environments
  • Experience using third-party optimisation tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities across markets.
