We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our Performance team and manage e-commerce activity across the US market for a global premium pet food client. This hands-on role is focused on optimising Amazon Sponsored Ads and Chewy.com (a US-based online retailer focused solely on pet products).
This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, either with previous experience managing Amazon platforms in AU/US/UK or for an online New Zealand brand trading internationally.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads using Amazon and third-party tools, plus campaigns in Chewy Ads
Monitor product performance, SKUs, and data feeds, ensuring listings are accurate, complete and align with best practice
Conduct keyword research, optimise bids, and implement A/B tests to improve visibility and drive sales
Analyse Amazon Brand Analytics and competitor data to inform strategy and campaign adjustments
Track and manage performance, budgets and pacing
Work closely with internal teams to generate and present performance reports, translating complex data into clear insights
Utilise Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to drive deeper audience insights, create custom segments, and enhance cross-channel attribution analysis
Develop and implement audience-based strategies using AMC insights to improve targeting efficiency and new customer acquisition
What You'll Bring
3–5 years' experience in e-commerce or online retail
Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (AU, US, or UK markets preferred)
Solid understanding of product data feeds, SKU structures, and feed optimisation
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-led decisions
Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or similar data analytics platforms for audience insights and attribution analysis
Familiarity with Amazon's DSP platform and how it integrates with Sponsored Ads strategies
Understanding of first-party data strategies and how to leverage them in marketplace environments
Experience using third-party optimisation tools
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
High attention to detail, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities across markets.
