The Role:
- Apply waterproof membranes (TPO, PVC, Torch-On) to roofing and surfaces.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Maintain onsite safety and high work standards.

- Solid experience with membrane roofing.
- Leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Full driver's license and transport.
- Able to handle outdoor work in various conditions.
