Our client is actively seeking a proven strategic marketer and business leader to join their team in the role of Product Marketing Manager.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborating closely with the Head of Product, you will lead and shape the organisation’s overarching Product Marketing strategy across both its core offering and exciting new developments.

Together with your Product Marketing team you will be responsible for the development and successful execution of go-to-market activity around all launches and releases, as well as any other lead and revenue generating marketing activity.

The role will also work strategically to shape and define how the Product Marketing function interacts with the wider Marketing team and other key functions including Sales, Product, Finance and Service teams.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate, you are currently in a leadership role and bring the following experience and traits:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Direct or Product Marketing, with a preference given to experience in SaaS or Tech environments.
  • A track record of developing and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies that ensure alignment and consistency both within and between campaigns.
  • A track record of developing and executing winning multi-channel, always-on digital campaigns that fuel lead generation and revenue growth.
  • People leadership experience, and the ability to motivate and develop two capable direct reports while also providing leadership support across the wider Sales & Marketing team.
  • Organisational acumen that will allow you to identity and implement systems and processes to create cohesion and efficiency between the Product Marketing function and key teams and stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen enabling you to effectively manage marketing budgets and spend, and allocate resources appropriately.
  • A commitment to a collaborative, continuous improvement team and organsiational culture.
