Join one of our clients as a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant for a 12-month contract with a leading consultancy organisation. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll solution and excellent communication skills. This role requires stakeholder management, implementation experience with PeopleSoft, in-depth knowledge of the platform, and the ability to advise and educate on PeopleSoft. We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join one of our Clients' team on a 12-month contract. As a technical consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support for our clients' PeopleSoft Payroll solution. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, implementation-level experience with PeopleSoft, and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the platform to advise and educate our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a customer-facing background. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on PeopleSoft Payroll solution
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of PeopleSoft projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including conducting meetings, providing status updates, and addressing concerns
  • Utilise your in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Advise and educate the client on best practices and optimal use of PeopleSoft functionality
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of PeopleSoft systems, processes, and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in PeopleSoft technology


Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, specifically with PeopleSoft Payroll solution
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft implementation methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft
  • Customer-facing experience, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies are a plus
