About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our well established Frances Hodgkin's Retirement village in Dunedin. You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises of independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents.
This role is supported by an experienced senior management team and gives you the scope to further develop with our Ryman Leaders programme.

With extensive staff management and proven leadership experience you'll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, approachable and an all-round people person. You'll have experience creating, developing and managing multi-disciplined teams and will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.
Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills.
