Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital and Marketing Coordinator to provide support on a few upcoming exciting events with one of Auckland’s largest organisations. You will be working alongside a busy team of enthusiastic and committed marketing professionals.
Role:
As a Marketing and Digital Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of major events marketing, as well as marketing and digital administrative tasks for upcoming events.
- 4th of November – 21st of March
- CBD location
- $30 – $35 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (more potential hours over the weekend for event days, however this won’t be often)
Duties:
In this role you will aim to support the growth in our current digital and event audiences, ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing materials and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Key duties will include:
- Assist with content updates for website (CMS), focusing on event microsites and collections.
- Help with content collation, drafting, and deployment of eDMs.
- Monitor paid social media campaigns and track performance as needed.
- Support marketing tasks, including proofreading, brand alignment, and logo placement.
- Source, resize, and update visual assets for promotional materials.
- Provide event day support and manage admin tasks like gathering content, handling media partnerships, and maintaining digital asset
About You
Open to recent graduates with some work experience, preferably with a relevant tertiary qualification. This role is a mixture of digital and marketing, and it is essential that you have confidence with project delivery
- 1+ years of experience in marketing ideally, with a digital marketing
- CMS experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
