About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of work performed against contract. This includes invoices, credit notes; and maintaining contract data in the Company's business system. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.


Nature of the position: Administrative

Location: 55 The Concourse

Reporting Line: Admin Supervisor - Auckland

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract and Job Management, involving processing data using Maximo, processing Sundry job processing, purchase orders and updating of system data.
  • Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Reporting and Communication, including reporting and interacting with operational teams relating to job issues
  • Complete processing in line with contract timeline requirements
  • Assist the Foreman and Operations Manager with contract administrative requirements


About You

To thrive in this role, ideally you will have previous experience within a administration role, a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for ‘top-notch’ service delivery. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Have work experience in a similar role, with exposure to high volume data entry
  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Maximo 7.6 is preferred
  • Ability to take initiative and learn new tasks quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Understanding of trade type work an advantage
