Job Description

We have a range of exciting opportunities for those looking for work in the Business Support space. These temporary roles vary in length from 1 month to 12 months. We work with various highly regarded organisations within both the public and private sector.

We are currently looking for confident:

  • Executive and Personal Assistants
  • Team Coordinators and Assistants
  • Administrators


Key Responsibilities within these positions include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Drafting, formatting and reviewing documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, setting agendas and taking minutes
  • Recording and filing information accurately
  • Effectively communicating with wider teams and maintaining positive external relationships


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in similar support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to hit the ground running and adapt to new work environments
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and show initiative
