Job Description
We have a range of exciting opportunities for those looking for work in the Business Support space. These temporary roles vary in length from 1 month to 12 months. We work with various highly regarded organisations within both the public and private sector.
We are currently looking for confident:
- Executive and Personal Assistants
- Team Coordinators and Assistants
- Administrators
Key Responsibilities within these positions include:
- Diary and inbox management
- Drafting, formatting and reviewing documentation
- Coordinating meetings, setting agendas and taking minutes
- Recording and filing information accurately
- Effectively communicating with wider teams and maintaining positive external relationships
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to hit the ground running and adapt to new work environments
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and show initiative
