Job Description
Downer is the leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand. Our Energy and Utilities business provides end-to-end facilities management and asset lifecycle support services for Australia’s critical economic infrastructure. Operating across the future energy, power generation, oil and gas and industrial sectors, we work closely with our customers to optimise the reliability, efficiency and whole of life costs of their assets and facilities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are actively recruiting a Contract Coordinator who will report to the Operations Support Manager. This role is vital to accurately capture and record information for the reconciliation / billing of Downer customers. If successful for this role you must also provide high quality administration and coordination support to the wider team in a timely and efficient manner to meet our goals.
- Accurate receipt and recording of documentation, invoices, SARs and the timely completion of all Billing and setup activities
- Keep daily reports tracking work progress and provide reports that enables management of programme / projects performance
- All costs captured in a timely manner to ensure accurate invoicing and financial forecasting
- Milestone spreadsheet updated accurately to allow regularly and timely invoicing of projects
- Invoicing is completed promptly and fulfilling of customer needs
ABOUT YOU
- Process driven
- Experience, skills and an understanding of the fundamental aspects of business, including operational and financial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly efficient organisation skills, ability to meet deadlines and comfortable managing large volumes of data.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment, showing sound judgement and a professional approach
- Confidence and assertiveness
- Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive
- Achievements within contracting and/or service industry organisations with a culture focused on delivery and results
- Excellent time management record
