Job Description

Our beautiful early childhood centre in Aotea is looking for a warm, friendly and professional Administrator to join our family oriented team.

The position:

  • Permanent, Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift between 7.30am and 5.30pm)
  • Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
  • Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
  • Kindercare police vet all employees



Who are you?

An experienced Administrator who has:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A heart for children and families, and building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally
  • A sound understanding of various computer applications
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
