Job Description
Massey University is seeking a dedicated and experienced ICT Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team at the Albany campus in Auckland. This is a full-time, ongoing position that plays a key role in providing high-quality technical and administrative support to staff, students, and other stakeholders within the university.
Position Overview:
As the ICT Senior Administrator, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to managers, staff, and students.
- Assist in the awareness and uptake of self-service and work request systems within Massey's integrated ITS.
- Support the utilisation of centrally provided enterprise systems and develop personal competence in tools and environments unique to the College, such as Bloomberg, SAS, and more.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, research participants, and university service line staff, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Information Technology or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years of experience supporting web-based infrastructure services and IT service management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in business services, process improvement, and managing multiple projects/stakeholders simultaneously.

Salary Range:
$56,622 - $80,006 (depending on skills and experience)
