Account Manager
We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our sales team based in Mount Maunganui.
About the role:
The account manager will be the cornerstone of our customer relationships, fostering loyalty and driving growth. You will manage the existing client base and actively pursue new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain regular and structured call cycles
- Use your knowledge in the industry to identify and capitalize on new sale opportunities
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to delivery, coordinating with inventory, dispatch and production teams
- Adhere to health and safety protocols on and off site
About you:
- Great attention to detail
- Passionate about building and delivering exceptional customer service
- A solid understanding of the building industry
- This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package included.
- You must be a New Zealand resident or citizen to be considered.
