We’re on the hunt for a Communications Manager to join our Marketing, Business Development & Communications team in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs ANZ, this is a dynamic and high-profile role where you’ll be at the heart of storytelling, media engagement, and strategic communication across our award-winning agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, MBM and Spark Foundry.



What you’ll be doing:

  • Shaping the profile and reputation of Publicis Groupe and our agency brands within the business and advertising community
  • Crafting compelling media releases, opinion pieces, and award submissions
  • Managing media relations and acting as a key liaison between journalists and spokespeople
  • Creating engaging content for our social media channels
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with key business and marketing journalists
  • Keeping across key conferences and award programs
  • Supporting the development of strategic communications and marketing plans


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations or journalism
  • A confident and creative storyteller with exceptional writing skills
  • A strong communicator who thrives working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience or a genuine interest in the advertising, media and creative industries
  • Calm under pressure, collaborative, and organised
  • A natural at spotting great story angles and innovative ways to boost brand reputation
  • Tech-savvy and socially engaged
