**About Us:**
We are a distinguished Employment Law Advocacy firm specialising in representing employees in personal grievances and a range of employment-related issues. Our commitment is to balance the scales in employment disputes, ensuring that our clients achieve equitable and just outcomes. With a nation-wide reach and a growing client base, we are proud of what we have achieved and the impact we make in the employment landscape.

At Sacked Kiwi, we recognise that employment is more than just a job—it is integral to one’s identity and well-being. We are dedicated to not only helping our clients but also fostering a positive work environment for our team where engagement, flexibility, and results are prioritised. We understand the importance of balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments and offer a supportive workplace that values both.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Employment Law Advocate to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert representation to clients across New Zealand throughout the personal grievance process.
- Represent clients at mediations and before the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court, ensuring their cases are presented with the utmost professionalism and that they achieve their justice.
- Lead a small team, sharing knowledge and providing mentorship and support to other staff members.

**About You:**
- Extensive experience in Employment Relations, with a proven track record of attending and successfully navigating employment mediations.
- Background in Law or Human Resources, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, maintaining high standards without close supervision.
- Strong value base with a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to achieving just outcomes for clients.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills, capable of balancing client advocacy with practical, results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to relate to a diverse range of people.
- Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead with consideration and respect for others.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive and flexible compensation package tailored to your preferences, whether you prefer a fixed salary, an hourly rate, or a performance-based structure. For those interested in long-term growth, there is the potential for partnership opportunities within the firm.

Additionally, we provide benefits such as a gym membership and other resources to support your well-being and professional development.

If you are a driven and empathetic professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role in Employment Advocacy, we invite you to apply with your cover letter and CV. We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews on a rolling basis.
