Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Strategic Account Director within One New Zealand’s Enterprise function, you will be the key strategic partner to some of our largest and most complex customers.

Working closely with C-suite executives to truly understand their vision, challenges, and long-term objectives, with the support of your virtual team you will drive innovation, helping to shape your customers' future strategies while forging deep, trusted relationships at the highest levels.

Along with leading a high-performing virtual team, you will spearhead revenue growth, maximize profitability, and lead complex, high-impact contract negotiations that deliver value not only for our business but for the long-term success of our clients.


Your role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of your customers' business, making you an indispensable partner in their continued success.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Accountable for account management across one or more strategic accounts.
  • Develop winning sales strategies with business led conversations to increase customers revenue.
  • Develop an exceptional customer experience across many levels within the customer organisation, promoting growth and loyalty.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions that drive long term revenue and margin growth.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing virtual team dedicated to joint customer outcomes.


Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

  • Proven and demonstrable experience of business led conversations with proven sales outcomes.
  • Exceptional customer and stakeholder relationship skills at C suite level.
  • Strong commercial skills with knowledge of the NZ segment sector and market place
  • Strong understanding of the ICT industry, products, services and trends
  • You have ideally come from an ICT, financial services or consultative environment managing relationships for large complex organisations, ideally locally and with some international experience.
