Job Description
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Key Account Executive to join their team in Auckland on a 9-12 month maternity cover. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, manage and implement key account distribution channel plans and strategies. You will be responsible for building sustainable and profitable relationships with accounts, driving distribution strategies to deliver commercial benefits.
What you'll do:
As a Key Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and implement key account distribution channel plans. You will identify gaps and opportunities, developing strategies to implement in line with the channel plan at an account level. Your role will also involve conducting customer workshops to drive collaborative planning. You will be expected to manage total customer investment in line with Global TCI architecture. Additionally, you will drive new business development opportunities in distribution and trade marketing.
• Lead the development and negotiation of Trading Terms agreement/s with respective Key Accounts
• Develop account distribution plans identifying gaps and opportunities
• Ensure company's channel plans are activated within relevant accounts
• Conduct customer workshops to drive collaborative planning
• Manage total customer investment in line with Global TCI architecture
• Drive new business development opportunities in distribution and trade marketing
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Key Account Executive role brings a wealth of experience in Account / Category management within an FMCG environment. Your highly developed interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You have demonstrated business acumen, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Power Point & general computer skills.
