  • Continuous Improvement: Establish and implement strategies for continuous process improvements, ensuring that FSNI remains at the cutting edge of technology and service delivery.
  • Financial Stewardship: Maintain tight control over departmental budgets, seeking out opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the value of our technology services.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum impact.

About You:
You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about doing your job, constantly curious and have excellent relationship building skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills will also be paramount to your success.

You will also bring:

  • Proven Leadership: With 10+ years of experience in operational and infrastructure leadership, you're a seasoned pro in managing teams, vendors, and strategic relationships.
  • Expert Communicator: Your exceptional planning and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively, articulate ideas clearly, and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Prowess: A deep understanding of infrastructure architecture and operational roles, ideally within a retail or customer-focused environment.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a knack for driving return on investment in IT operations.
  • Agile Mindset: Flexible, curious, and always challenging the status quo, you're ready to lead with an enterprise and agile mindset.
