Madison Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting for a Team Administrator on behalf of our client in the property sector. If you’re a highly organised administrator who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
About the Role
As a key member of the support team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll provide essential sales administratiion, marketing assistance and general office coordination to a team of high-performing professionals, ensuring everything stays on track. This is a varied, fast-paced role, perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. While you’ll be part of a wider support network, you’ll need to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and anticipating the needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Sales Administration – Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements; process listings and sales transactions; track contract milestones and deposit payments
- Marketing Support – Create and coordinate marketing materials, update online property listings, manage social media pages, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time
- General Office Coordination – Organise meetings, book rooms, take minutes, manage shared folders, and maintain key databases to ensure seamless team operations
- Financial Administration – Assist with processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing marketing and commission debtors
- Stakeholder Liaison – Work closely with internal teams, sales agents, solicitors, vendors, and external marketing providers to ensure smooth communication and workflow
