FREIGHT HANDLER| PART-TIME | HAMILTON

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and adaptable team player to join our team in Melville, Hamilton as Freight Handler.

About PARCELINE

As an integral part of the Freightways infrastructure, Parceline Express operates our line-haul on all the arterial roads in New Zealand. A vital connector, Parceline Express’ big trucks provide the Freightways brand family with a dedicated daily multi-link to main airports and links between our main centres and the provinces. The Parceline Express network is comprised of independent contractors who operate over the major arterial routes across New Zealand. Our linehaul network links with Parcelair’s air network to provide the entire Freightways group with a dedicated national freight network.

Here's what you'll do…

You will work with a tight crew, including Hamilton Hub Supervisor or Distribution Manager. The role will support general warehouse and freight sorting duties. Ensure the loading and unloading of the cargo are handled safely and secured. In addition, you must ensure that all customer freight is handled with respect.

This is a part-time position with the workdays being Monday to Friday, with the daily hours worked to be 6:30 pm – 11:30 pm.

• Must have a clean MOJ and pass a Pre-Employment drug screen
