Job Description
For the past 50 years, our client has been producing high-quality, sustainable and energy-efficient water tanks and pipes, proudly made in New Zealand.
They are seeking an experienced Administrator with immediate availability for a short-term, temporary assignment.
Within this role, your duties will include:
- Use of SAP
- Managing & planning deliveries
- Assist Manager to assign drivers and trucks according to needs
- Prepare transport status and performance reports
- Provide cover for dispatch when required
- Customer service - answering inbound calls on expected deliveries
The ideal candidate will have:
- Brilliant customer service skills
- The ability to juggle multiple queries simultaneously
- Strong data entry skills - accuracy & speed
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Based in Templeton, you will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 5.00pm.
