Job Description

For the past 50 years, our client has been producing high-quality, sustainable and energy-efficient water tanks and pipes, proudly made in New Zealand.

They are seeking an experienced Administrator with immediate availability for a short-term, temporary assignment.

Within this role, your duties will include:

  • Use of SAP
  • Managing & planning deliveries
  • Assist Manager to assign drivers and trucks according to needs
  • Prepare transport status and performance reports
  • Provide cover for dispatch when required
  • Customer service - answering inbound calls on expected deliveries


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Brilliant customer service skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple queries simultaneously
  • Strong data entry skills - accuracy & speed
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Based in Templeton, you will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 5.00pm.
