Role Overview: As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production schedule in Christchurch. You will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing detailed jobs to streamline production in the factory, ensuring that work is completed on time and within schedule to meet our clients' deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize computer skills effectively, to manage scheduling tasks
  • Organize and prioritize jobs to optimize production efficiency
  • Ensure timely completion of work to meet tight deadlines
  • Think creatively to expedite jobs and effectively manage workload priorities
  • Perform calculations for building materials required on jobs
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve any irregularities
  • Utilize MiTek 20/20 or MiTek Sapphire software for scheduling tasks, training provided
  • Create As Built Designs and submit to councils/companies as required
  • Prepare Frame & Truss site packs for construction projects
