As a Restaurant Manager you will of lead a positive, energetic and high performance culture within your restaurant. You will play a key part ensuring your team succeeds and delivers a great customer experience for everyone.

What will you do?

  • Encourage and motivate your team to reach new levels of success
  • Connect with customers and provide an amazing experience each visit
  • Grow sales in your store
  • Be accountable for the overall performance of the store
  • Manage costs and be responsible for the P&L for your store
  • Act with integrity and build a positive team culture
  • Inspire high levels of performance from those you work with
  • Be responsible for the health and well-being of your team in the workplace

Do you have what it takes?

To be a successful candidate in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Management experience of 2 years or more
  • Proven operational and procedural knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to coach team members
  • Strong customer service & problem solving skills
