Partnering with the wider PwC business, we address complex client challenges for major New Zealand institutions and businesses, both private and government. We are looking for two Managers to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with a team of experienced and like minded property professionals.
  • Contributing to driving and leading delivery of our engagements
  • Leading the day to day execution and technical aspects of projects, including developing and reviewing technical analysis and resolving complex project matters with the project team
  • Development of project plans and deliverables
  • Management and ownership of the delivery of projects
  • Being a key point of contact on projects for both internal and external communications
  • Ensuring successful project delivery


Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

  • Four to six years of related industry experience.
  • A good understanding of the property lifecycle and property development process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to undertake detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivering cohesive outputs
  • Understanding commercial strategies and knowledge of sales processes, including outright sales and structured transactions
  • Understanding the due diligence process, recognising risks and contributing to the development of mitigation measures
  • Valuation experience is preferred but not essential
