Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As an Analyst Programmer your primary role is to maintain and keep alive our Oracle Cloud Applications. This rare and exciting opportunity will have you contribute to the continuous development of our Oracle systems ensuring we provide our customers with most robust solution as possible.
You will be working in an Agile environment with like-minded engineers providing support to our internal customer in the Finance business unit looking after the General Ledger. Above all you will be an enthusiastic team player constantly open to learn all aspects of our business to grow and contribute to the success of the squad.

• Work closely with other engineers ensuring banking regulatory and customer requirements are being met.
• Promptly respond to incidents by troubleshooting and providing solutions to them.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders for the applications we manage
• Work closely with third parties to track and solve issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our current Infrastructure for both a technical and operational point of view
• Provide On-call support weekday and weekend as per rostered

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
• Understanding of Cloud based applications
• BSC, BCom Degree
• Finance and/or accounting background
• PL SQL, XML, Webservices (SOAP, REST API), Securing APIs
• Excellent communication skills
• IT management practices
• Familiar with Agile best practices and ceremonies
• Knowledge of CloudBees, BitBucket, GitHub, Java
• Oracle Cloud/ERP products
• Banking or Financial industry experience
• Knowledge of Databases and Data pipelines
