About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Develop and execute targeted direct marketing EDM's to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and optimise marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive digital brand activity and messaging.
• Continuously improve your skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the overall brand marketing strategy.

About you. mo koe

• You will have a marketing degree, or proven relevant marketing automation experience
• Experience with customer journeys
• Proficient with the implementation of direct marketing campaigns, and an understanding of eDM platforms.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is desirable.
• New Zealand Advertising and Privacy Laws knowledge is desirable but not essential.
