Your Impact
As a Demand & Supply Planner, you’ll manage Supply Planning for Beer & Cider to support our growth goals. You’ll order stock from local and overseas suppliers based on demand volumes and identify supply risks and shelf-life exposure. If you think it sounds like a bit of a challenge – you are right, our Beer and Cider team is driving high growth so it’s a dynamic and fast paced environment! Coordinate new products and marketing initiatives for the S&OP team. You'll ensure that timelines align with supply chain lead times while monitoring potential supply risks. The work can be dynamic, offering you the chance to transition from analytical tasks to engaging in a vibrant, collaborative partnership with our Suppliers, Sales, and Marketing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build strong relationships across the organisation!
About You
The key to being successful in this role will be balancing the required analysis with your ability to influence and communicate to key parties. Your supply chain planning experience and strong interpersonal skills will help you excel, especially if you enjoy thinking creatively and have a passion for optimising opportunities that drive business success. You’ll approach your work with a methodical, detail-oriented mindset and be recognised for your accuracy. Your strong negotiation skills and dedication will set you apart. Familiarity with systems especially SAP will be a plus. Experience in FMCG and NZPICs CPIM certification would be highly valued.
