- Evolve our capabilities in CI/CD, infrastructure management, observability & security.
- Accelerate Product & Platform teams through continuously improving integration and automation.
The Role
We're searching for a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer to help us supercharge our product delivery to our global customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in developing, implementing, and championing a robust and scalable DevOps/SRE culture.
- You will be widely responsible for the following:
- Implement and manage issue management systems with real-time roadmaps and delivery metrics.
- Enhance Developer Experience with integrated quality and security tooling.
- Collaborate with Engineering to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish secure, reusable cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code.
- Monitor and report on system health, performance, and costs.
- Streamline Incident Response Management and Customer Support.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating tools, capabilities, and best practices
Skills and experience you’ll need:
- 3+ years in complex digital & IT environments.
- Experience with AWS services, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab).
- Scripting experience with Python, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL APIs.
- Proficiency in Typescript and Node.js.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (DynamoDB) databases.
- Experience with observability tools, distributed tracing, and APM (ideally Datadog).
- Strong time-management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
