Job Description

No two days are the same when you are running a busy large store and as Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, engaging and motivating your team, staff training and development, food hygiene, overall profitability of the store including cost of goods, wastage and labour costs. Ordering of stock, managing staff performance, building sales and ensuring the store meets brand guidelines at all times will also be critical factors day to day.
A successful Restaurant Manager will:
- Have previous management and leadership experience
- Ideally have experience from within a QSR/Retail or other fast moving industry sector
- Demonstrate success at developing and coaching staff
- Be able to read and understand P&L reports
- Show a passion for customer service and the ability to drive this within a team
- Be organised, goal oriented and business savvy
- Enjoy managing staff and show skill at engaging and forming a successful team
