Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of facility maintenance and asset management, engineering, construction and maintenance services.

Joining the team you will head off to the scheduled cleaning locations throughout Auckland. You may need to start from different locations. Cleaning a variety of areas including and not limited to: public restrooms, libraries, crematoriums, commercial/community facilities, BBQs & Kitchens. All of the below roles will have 2 days off and work 5 days including weekend work.

Roles on offer:

* 1x Day Shift - Varied start times from 10am - 6.30 Winter and 12noon to 8.30pm Summer. Day shift duties will be cleaning public toilets and library public toilets with extra normal cleaning when required.
* 1 x Night Shift - 6.30pm to 2.30am - Night shift duties will be cleaning libraries, crematoriums, commercial/community facilities, BBQs & kitchens.
* Specialist Cleaning - 7am to 3.30pm Winter and 6am to 2.30pm Summer - Specialist cleaning duties will be Buffing / Strip & Polish / Carpet Cleaning / Window blade / Mould / Flood / High cleaning - Scissor lift.

All applicants must have the following:

* 1 years proven commercial cleaning experience.
* FULL drivers license with reliable transport to get to work.
* Work weekends
* Flexibility with start locations
* High fitness level with stamina and strength
* Working in a team your punctuality and reliability will be relied on.
* Committed to full time 40 hours a week employment
* Excellent communication skills.
