Are you seeking a part-time role with flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a prestigious family-run investment firm? Look no further! We are currently hiring for a part-time Personal Assistant position, offering an excellent work-life balance.. Based in Greenlane, our firm specialises in Property Investment and Landlord Services, they were the makers of Chesdale and Dairylea cheese, goldpack dried fruit and other familiar household products that we know today.
As we embark on an exciting partnership with this business, we are seeking an exceptional individual to embark on this amazing opportunity. This position is a part time role, 20 hours per week. There is some flexibility with the hours, ideally, they are seeking someone available four days per week – and it even includes a car park!
About the role:
This position is varied, we are looking for someone that is capable and happy to get stuck into a range of different tasks. The four main areas of responsibility will be around the Property Management documentation and coordination, Accounts responsibilities, this position will be working closely with the Accountant. Office Management tasks and lastly this role supports the CEO in his day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Refreshments for visitors
- Receive & open surface mail, organise couriers arrange correspondence
- Prepare board papers for Board Meetings (training will be given)
- Minute-Taking for Board Meetings
- Document creation, filing and tracking
- Participation in team meetings
- Office diary planner & meeting co-ordination
- Property documents
- Payments and reconciliations
- Project management/ development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role with some exposure to some accounts tasks and office management
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity software and tools
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
