About the role

We are looking for an individual to lead tours for our Chinese market. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional tailor-made experience for our guests, guiding them through valuable insights into what makes up our solar systems and beyond.

This is achieved through our custom-made intensive training program, hands-on experience with our dedicated Stargazing guides and a final sign off with our Stargazing Team Leader. Dedication towards working in a safe operating environment and a drive towards outstanding guest service is a must. The successful candidate will need to be available to work evenings and into the night, approximately from 7pm to 11pm, with flexibility across a 7-night operational week.

The perfect candidate will have/be:

• fluent in Mandarin (Cantonese is also desirable),
• strong communication skills,
• a genuine interest in stargazing,
• experience speaking to and engaging with a crowd.
