As a Project Coordinator you will provide essential support to our Learning and Development team, ensuring the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives across KiwiRail. Your work will keep our learning projects on track—coordinating resources, managing timelines, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating learning and development projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborating with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external suppliers.
- Monitoring compliance and reporting on training progress.
- Assisting with budget tracking and resource management.
- Supporting process improvements and ensuring learning initiatives run efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong coordination and communication skills. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or learning and development support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Experience using project management tools or learning management systems (desirable).
- An eye for process improvement and problem-solving.
- A team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
