About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive critical transformation projects within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. This 12-month contract role will see you leading change initiatives, from IT system upgrades to people-focused transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement change management strategies for multiple projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive buy-in and ensure effective communication.
- Develop success metrics to measure adoption and sustainability of change.
- Support project delivery teams in managing the people side of change.
- Work across a variety of industries, including technology, finance, and healthcare.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in change management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Change Management certification (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive strategic outcomes.
