Non-Negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in planning within New Zealand, with a thorough understanding of local legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and to standard.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Desirables
- Proficiency in data interpretation and environmental assessment.
- Membership in the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI) or equivalent professional body.
- Previous exposure to multidisciplinary projects that integrate landscape, ecology, and environmental planning.
