The Opportunity

We are now looking for an experienced Global Total Rewards Consultant. Reporting to our Head of Global Total Rewards, this role provides a balance of ongoing BAU and continuous improvement work along with scope to lead key pieces of work. As a specialist, you’ll actively contribute to development and improvement of our reward programmes in line with our organisational strategy and values, as well as managing global reward frameworks, policies and annual processes across our global markets and microenterprises. You will support the implementation of reward strategies, systems and structures that attract, motivate and retain high quality people. Our workplaces and worker profiles change all the time, and it is essential we continue to have the right reward systems and structures to support this evolution and growth.

That's the role, so who are you?

We are looking for a special person who has the right combination of rigour, systems thinking and people-centricity. As an experienced remuneration and rewards professional with success working in a complex and dynamic workplace, you’ll demonstrate success in influencing and driving the right practices across the business to ensure we meet our goals.

With at least 5 years relevant experience, ideally in a global or multi-jurisdictional context, you’ll have expert understanding of the importance of remuneration and reward, its impact on attraction and retention, and its links to other P&C processes will be critical to ensure we stay current and at the top of our game. An advanced level of Excel will be critical to support the hands-on nature of a role like this.
