The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Communications Specialist to become Emma Lewisham's trusted voice and strategic partner. This role transcends traditional executive support, requiring someone who can authentically amplify Emma's presence across all channels while maintaining the brand's distinctive tone and values. You'll work directly with Emma Lewisham and Andrew Lewisham as we accelerate our global expansion, becoming an extension of Emma's voice in both written and verbal communications.

In addition to your role as a strategic communications partner, you will provide comprehensive executive support to Emma and Andrew, assisting with schedule management, PR, travel arrangements, stakeholder communications, and a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll be instrumental in managing both the professional and personal aspects of Emma and Andrew’s commitments, ensuring all logistics run smoothly and every need is anticipated.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Executive Support (70%)

  • Provide high-level administrative support including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications to ensure flawless preparation for high-stakes meetings, events, and public appearances.
  • Master the art of anticipation by identifying and addressing needs before they arise, from stakeholder requirements to strategic opportunities.
  • Manage elite-level correspondence with the sophistication demanded by a luxury brand.
  • Oversee intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, balancing professional commitments with personal requirements and family considerations.
  • Design and execute internal events, from intimate gatherings to bigger-scale functions, each reflecting the luxury and quality of the brand.
  • Ensure the seamless division between business and personal aspects of travel and schedules, coordinating with travel management for international arrangements.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with financial functions, including board documentation, reporting, and managing supplier credit applications.
  • Support People & Culture functions, from recruitment and onboarding to office operations, cultural events and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the team.



Brand Voice & Communications Leadership (15%)

  • Serve as Emma's voice across various platforms, crafting sophisticated written communications that capture her unique perspective and the brand's ethos.
  • Track and respond to global press coverage, deepening relationships with media partners.
  • Architect and implement strategic engagement programs with global beauty editors, key opinion leaders, and premium retailers.
  • Represent the brand alongside Emma at high-profile retail appearances and events, demonstrating expert knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to engage authentically with customers, media, and stakeholders at events.
  • Monitor and analyse global beauty trends, providing actionable insights that help shape our strategic direction.


Business Operations (15%)

  • Support people on boarding and enhance team culture.
  • Oversee signature cultural initiatives that strengthen our organisational fabric.
  • Support sophisticated financial processes, including board documentation and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure operational excellence through refined policy and procedure management.
