About the role
Discover our fish processing division located in Timaru, central to mountains, lakes, and the sea. We process various fish species from our deep-water vessels and independent ACE fishers. Our facility operates three shifts daily to support day, night, and part-time operations, while our joint venture with San Won keeps the unloading of our vessels and storage facilities busy year-round. You will find a variety of our beautiful New Zealand seafood products in our retail shop located on site.
This role is located at Hall Street, Timaru Cold store. Reporting into the Administration Supervisor, the Logistics Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration and operational requirements of the Cold store. This role requires you to work between the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Manager outbound order requests
- Allocating stock to orders
- Compiling load out documentation
- Raising and processing e-certs as needed
- General administration processing
- Labouring and Cold store work
What we're looking for:
- Previous stores administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Raising and Processing of E-certs
- OSH Forklift licence is preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail
