If you like to work in a fast moving, physical and dynamic environment, and have an interest in plants, this may be a great job for you. The role is working in glasshouses, as part of a team, who are responsible for all elements of crop development, care and harvest.

No experience is required, we will teach you everything you need to know. But a curiosity and interest in horticulture and growing does help.

You will work up to 50 hours a week over 5 ½ days so you must be available on Saturday morning, and have some flexibility to accommodate season needs.

The job will be varied, you will be expected to support the growing manager in all aspects crop development, care and harvest. You do need to be a good listener and learner as well as a fast and effective worker.
